NYC pt. 6: A Shopping Spree In Williamsburg + A Walk In The City!

Williamsburg is such an inspiring place to be at. Cool stores, great food and fabulously dressed people. We met up with our boys and they took us on a shopping round to see all the dope vintage stores and to stroll around the area ( you cant get enough of it). Later on that night they took us out on walk around the city after we've been chillin at their crib.

NYC pt. 5: Fashion's Night Out

Being in NYC during the NYC fashion week is pretty damn nice. Fashions Night Out is a night filled with all kind of festivities. Every store was throwing a party and everyone was dressed to impress. We made sure to visit as many stores as we possibly could with our new found NYC friends. The only thing that we were bummed about was the fact that we missed Janelle Monae´s performance at the Ralph Lauren store, as u can see, the line was ridiculous, but we still had a great time.

Translation: Beginning as a surfboard company, Insight was founded in 1989 by ex-professional surfer Andrew Down and then business partner Greg Webber. Having such success with the surfboards, Down developed an Insight clothing line along with local artist, and later business partner George Gorrow. Insight's personality encompasses a lifestyle that surrounds everything surf, skate, art, music, fashion and popular culture. The designers (tsubi's George Gorrow and Sample and Beauty of Nature's Natalie Wood) don't wish to be pigeon holed into a particular 'genre' that limits the ethos behind the brand.They just want to design clothing that they themselves would want to wear.
