We are getting ready to watch the academy awards tonight at Antonia's place. Its a long night we have ahead of us, and this time we hope no one fells a sleep before it ends. I'm hoping that my girl Mo'Nique will cop that gold tonight for best supporting actress for her performance in "Precious". Lets do this. Only 4h left til the red carpet starts.

Vilken helg! Jag är helt sliten efter att ha jobbat hela veckan på Monki Sergelgatan som by the way är mitt nya häng, ingen mer Sickla bara Sergel =). Me love, även om jag kommer att sakna mina fina tjejer där. Fredagen var en mycket händelserik dag som började med att jag, Pia och ett gäng andra människor var med på inspeling av en en " Stop Motion"-film för Grolsch öl. Det var så så himla ballt och resultatet kommer bli hur grymt som helst. Kommer att posta det här när det är klart. Efter inspelingen for jag vidare till primo Cioa Cioa för att gå på personalfest med tjejerna från Monki Sergel och avnjuta en fin måltid där. Sedan var det dags för karaoke. Haha ni kan nog inte ana vilka vilda och underbart roliga jobbarkompisar jag har, we tore the place down kan man lugnt säga. Kvällen avslutades på ett svettigt och packat Berns. Perfekt.



Translation: What a weekend! I am completely worn out after working all week on Monki Sergelgatan which by the way is my new working place, no more Sickla only Sergel =). Me love, although I will miss my beautiful girls there. Friday was a very eventful day that started with me, Pia and a bunch of other people recorded a "Stop Motion" movie for Grolsch beer. It was so cool, and the result will be awesome. Will post it here when it is finished. After recording I went to Primo Cioa Cioa to meet up with the girls from Monki Sergelgatan and enjoy a nice meal there. Then it was time for karaoke. Haha I have the best and the wildest work mates ever, we tore the place down. The evening ended in a sweaty and crowded Berns. Perfect.

Where The Wild Things Are

Jag måste se "Where The Wild Things Are" som är baserad på barnboken med samma titel av Maurice Sendak, men i Sverige är den mer känd som "Till Vildingarnas Land". Detta var en av de bästa barnböckerna, åh nostalgi! Dessutom är det Karen O från Yeah Yeah Yeahs som har gjort soundtracket, vilket gör att jag längtar ännu mer. Filmen har Sverigepremiär 27:e November.

Translation: My most anticipated movie this fall is "Where The Wild Things Are", one of the greatest children's book. Another great thing is that Karen O from Yeah Yeah Yeahs wrote the soundtrack.

I'm watching Americas Best Dance Crew and its like a drog, once you pop you cant stop. The crews are so good and I'm amazed by their skills. This show is hot, and it would even hotter if Lil Mama could stop wearing her ridiculous baseboll caps with the ponytails on tops, I mean whats up with dat? It looks like she is cutting holes in the caps herself. This girl needs a stylist really BAD.
Anyway, like I said this show is hot and I have to go back to it now.

Tomorrow its time for us to meet all the people behind Spring Inspiration, hmm it will be very interesting to hear what they have to say.

Medan de andra är på tält- och grillfest så ska jag förgylla min kväll med Garden State och sedan gå och lägga mig. Jag ska nämligen börja jobba sju imorgon, och mitt alarm är inställt på 05.40!!!

Jag tittade precis på en bland mina många favoritfilmer. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind är självklart med på den listan. Underbart vacker film, och det är nog förmodligen den enda film jag tycker om Jim Carrey i.

Jag tyckte om årets Oscarsgala, som var lite annorlunda uppbyggt jämfört med de tidigare åren, dessutom kändes galan mer personligt. Det har nog nästan alltid varit komiker som har varit hosts för galan, men i natt var det Hugh Jackman som var host. Jag tyckte han skötte sig jättebra, mycket underhållande. Ingen blev nog speciellt förvånad över vilka som vann bland de olika kategorierna. Tyvärr somnade jag de sista 30 minuterna.


Translation: I really liked this years Academy Award. Hugh Jackman did a brilliant job as the host of the show. Unfortunately I fell asleep the last 30 minutes of the show, typical me!

Jag har en liten Wes Anderson-marathon med mig själv de här dagarna. Alltid lika underbart att titta på hans filmer. Hittills har jag tittat på The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou och The Royal Tenenbaums, ikväll blir det nog Rushmore.

Translation: I am having a Wes Anderson movie marathon by myself. So far I have watched The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and The Royal Tenenbaums, the next movie will probably be Rushmore.
